Refund & Return Policy
At Active Keys, we provide genuine digital license keys for Windows, Microsoft Office, antivirus, developer tools, and other software products.
Since our products are delivered digitally, traditional physical returns do not apply. However, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit under eligible conditions to ensure a fair customer experience.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund may be considered if:
- The license key is not delivered within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation.
- The license key is invalid or non-functional, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
- The product delivered is materially different from the product ordered.
- A wrong license key is delivered due to an error from our side.
Reporting Window
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit review.
To help us verify the issue, customers may be required to provide:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Screenshot of the error
- Screen recording, if required
- Device/system details, where relevant
Guarantee Period
We offer a 7-day resolution guarantee from the date of purchase.
If a valid issue is reported within this period, the customer may be eligible for one of the following resolutions:
- Refund
- Replacement key
- Store credit
The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and verification by our support team.
Replacement or Store Credit
If a direct refund is not possible, Active Keys may offer:
- A replacement license key of equal value
- Store credit redeemable on any future purchase from Active Keys
- Technical activation support to resolve the issue
Store credit may be provided where replacement or refund is not suitable.
Refund or Return Not Applicable If
Refund, return, or replacement will generally not apply if:
- The license key has been successfully activated.
- The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
- The 7-day guarantee period has expired.
- The customer purchased the wrong product, version, edition, or license type.
- The customer’s system is incompatible with the purchased software.
- The buyer changes their mind after receiving the product.
- The issue is caused by incorrect installation, misuse, formatting, device change, or failure to follow activation instructions.
- The license key has been shared, resold, transferred, or used on an unauthorized device.
Digital Product Return Policy
As all products sold on Active Keys are digital license keys, we do not accept physical returns.
Once a license key has been delivered, it cannot be returned like a physical product. Refund or replacement requests are reviewed only under the eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.
