Invalid or Non-Functional Key: The license key provided is invalid or does not work, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your complaint.

Incorrect Product: The delivered product is substantially different from what was originally ordered (e.g., wrong version or edition).

Each refund request is reviewed manually to ensure fair resolution and prevent misuse.

Requests made after this period may not qualify for support or compensation.


3. Guarantee Duration

Every purchase from Active Keys includes a 7-day guarantee period.
If an issue is reported and verified within this time frame, the customer may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit, as determined by our support team.


4. Replacement & Store Credit

If a refund is not feasible, we may offer one of the following alternatives:

  • A replacement product key of the same or higher value.

  • Store credit equal to the original purchase amount, redeemable for future purchases on www.activekeys.in.


5. Cases Where Refunds or Replacements Are Not Applicable

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The license key has already been successfully activated.

  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of product delivery.

  • The 7-day guarantee period has expired.

  • The issue arises due to incorrect purchase, such as choosing the wrong software edition or version.

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving a working key.

  • The system is incompatible due to hardware or operating system issues outside our control.

All purchases are final once the key has been issued and activated.
